Propane refill
Most people don't let their propane tank go completely empty, especially if they have an event coming up where they don't want to run out. If your tank is not completely empty, you will lose the propane that's left in it if you are exchanging your old tank for a new one.
When you refill your propane tank, you'll never lose the propane you've already paid for and you'll only pay for the propane you need.
Under-filled propane tanks
When you exchange your propane tank, you may be getting less propane than you expect. Many companies only fill their 20lb propane tanks to 15lbs, which means that even though you're paying for a full tank, you'll receive less and need to go back to refill your tank sooner than necessary.
20lb propane tanks already allow for 20% expansion for temperature differences. When you refill your tank with Norman Campers, we'll make sure you get the propane you pay for. A full BBQ tank is 20lbs of propane, not 15lbs.
